Personal appearance is a nonverbal communication tool. Personal image goes beyond appearance, and my work is customized to meet the needs of each client.
This service is only available to new customers until December 20, 2025. After this date, I will only serve customers who have already contracted the service while their contract is still in effect.
Individual service stages:
Below are descriptions of some possible service stages. Other stages are available, depending on each client’s profile and needs. With the exception of the initial meeting, no stage is mandatory for all clients.
- Initial meeting: Duration: up to two hours. This step is mandatory for all appointments. During the meeting, I get to know the client, gather information about their personality, lifestyle, profession, goals, etc., and this forms the basis of all the work. It’s where I obtain information about expectations and limitations, which are fundamental for the work to be successful. Interviews for duos, bands, etc., depend on the number of members. - Wardrobe analysis. In this stage, I become familiar with everything in the client’s wardrobe (lingerie, clothes, shoes, accessories, and jewelry), and I suggest which items should be eliminated, which items can be kept with alterations, and which ones match their goals and profile. My work methodology does not recommend radical changes in most cases. The duration depends on the amount of clothing (including underwear), jewelry, and accessories to be analyzed. Generally, it lasts three or four days.
- Research, planning, and purchasing. In this stage, I conduct in-person and online research at stores and brands from various parts of the world, aiming to find pieces that complement and add value to the client’s style, respecting their profile and objectives. Then, I analyze everything I’ve found and select my recommendations for that season. Finally, I go shopping. Additional fees and taxes will be added to the service price for online shopping, delivery of purchases to the client’s home, and other complementary services, with variable costs.
- Hair transformation follow-up: I identify the client’s goals and what changes are interesting for their hair (cut, color, etc.) aiming to achieve those goals. I can accompany the client to a trusted hairdresser to carry out the changes in accordance with their goals, personality, and other aspects assessed in the initial interview.
- Outfit suggestions: I send outfit combinations for professional use, as well as suggestions for other everyday situations. The suggestions are based on the items analyzed in the wardrobe and the items I purchase during the shopping phase.
- Special outfit design (Wedding dresses, party dresses, creation of exclusive everyday pieces, etc.): Service available only to image consulting clients in special cases, subject to availability. Prices upon request.
- Career planning. Customer support to develop a strategic career plan, establishing goals and skills to be developed.
- Guidance on personal branding, behavior, etc. Services with a continuous contract of at least one year, with regular meetings (e.g., weekly) tailored to the client’s needs. Personalized service, with pricing available upon request after the initial meeting.
- Image consulting for events: In this service, I can help the client choose what to wear from the pieces they already own, buy something completely new, or an intermediate option, according to their needs. I also offer guidance regarding hair, makeup, and other aspects of personal image for the specific event. It has more or less the same steps as a regular consultation, but it’s done only for a specific event.
- Additional information to help each client better utilize their personal image as a nonverbal communication tool and avoid common mistakes, as well as information to refine their personal brand, is provided through exclusive blog posts for subscribers.
Prices:
I charge for my experience, knowledge, and expertise, which together allow me to offer unique results to each client, in addition to my time and other costs I incur to serve each client with excellence. I have over thirty years of experience developing personal images and styles, and over forty years of professional experience in the fashion industry, so I am able to value each individual without following pre-set formulas, to mention just two important points for those who understand the value of experience and repertoire.

Some information about how my work works:
- For online interviews, it is mandatory that the client has a measuring tape in good working condition. Ideally, the measuring tape should be divided into centimeters, not inches.
- Personal image is not just about conveying the best of your personality through clothing and overall appearance. It’s about knowing how to use your image strategically to communicate effectively through nonverbal communication and develop your personal brand with authenticity and self-awareness.
- My service is for adults.
- I believe that what someone has between their legs doesn’t define their behavior. I don’t work with stereotypical personal images. I work with the personal image of human beings, and human beings are complex. Those who limit themselves to labels may not be ready for a completely authentic image, and that’s okay, I work with what the client is prepared to receive.
- The prices above are for healthy individuals and services performed under normal conditions. Services for individuals who wear sizes above (or below) the standard size range of most of the brands I work with, or who have special needs or any other special requirements, will incur different prices.
- When shopping for clients, I focus on luxury and high-end brands, both Brazilian and foreign, with an emphasis on brands with original designs and, whenever I know the brands well enough, above-average finish, cut, overall quality, and above-average service as well.
- My in-person sessions in Brazil typically take place in São Paulo. For sessions in other cities or countries, the prices are different from those indicated above.
- For online meetings and for sending photos of wardrobe analysis, the client is responsible for having internet access, equipment, and applications necessary for the meeting to take place as planned by the image consultant, or for the photos to be taken and sent as recommended by the image consultant.
